1. Acceptance
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not continue to use the site. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement of a parent or guardian, before following a link to make a purchase.
2. Information and advertising
The site presents general information and promotional content. It does not offer products for sale and does not form part of the contract between you and a retailer. Labels and disclosures identify commercial content. A first-person promotional narrative is illustrative advertising copy unless expressly identified as a verified and attributable testimonial.

Subject to that, Lagoon Plover is not responsible for a third-party retailer’s acts, products, fulfilment or website, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from our breach. 8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts applicable to your home nation. Business disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
